Keith has been working in
the food industry since 1974, as a Chef and General Manager. He is a
The Culinary Institute of America, Class of 1980.
Carole has also been working in the restaurant business for most of her life
as a waitress and General Manager. Ever since they could remember, Keith
and Carole wanted to own their own restaurant. On January 10, 1998 that
true when they bought the empty
brown stone building
and it's history
and opened the doors
a few months later, in June.
Manager Nick Taddeo has been with the Brownstone since the beginning. He
got his start in the Army as a cook over 30 years ago moving his way up through
the ranks. He has been working
in the food industry as a Chef and General Manager ever since.
